Shipping Policy – Shopify

This policy governs the shipping methods for products purchased through the Vaporis website, built on the Shopify platform (hereinafter, the "Site"). By placing an order, the customer fully accepts the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. Shipping Areas

Shipments are made to the countries selected during the Shopify checkout. Specifically:

Italy

[European Union / Non-EU Countries – if applicable]

Any shipping restrictions are automatically managed by the Shopify system and displayed before payment.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation via Shopify Payments or other payment methods enabled on the Site.

Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed starting on the next business day.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times, automatically calculated by Shopify or the selected courier, are approximately:

Italy: 2-4 business days

Europe: 2-6 business days

Non-EU: 4-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not binding. Any delays attributable to the courier, force majeure, or customs operations are not attributable to Vaporis.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the Shopify checkout based on:

Destination address

Product weight and dimensions

Selected shipping method

The total shipping cost is always displayed before confirming the order.

Any promotions (e.g., free shipping over a certain threshold) are managed through the Shopify settings and clearly indicated in the checkout.

5. Carriers and Tracking

Shipments are made via couriers selected and managed through Shopify or third-party apps.

When available, the customer will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code, generated by the Shopify system.

6. Delivery Address and Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address during the Shopify checkout.

Vaporis is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

Upon delivery, the customer is required to check the integrity of the packaging. Any visible damage must be reported immediately to the courier and communicated to Vaporis within 3 days of receipt.

7. Failed Delivery and Storage

In the event of a failed delivery due to the recipient's absence, the courier will make one or more attempts according to its own conditions.

Any storage, redelivery, or return costs will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated.

8. Non-EU Shipments, Duties, and Taxes

For shipments to non-EU countries, any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the customer.

These costs are not managed by Shopify or Vaporis and vary based on the regulations of the destination country.
